During public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may be slightly longer than normal.
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation, and standard delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch. For any assistance with your order or tracking, please reach out to our support team.
Return
ikliv will accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 7 days of receiving the product, provided they are in their original packaging with all tags intact. For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings) may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Your return will usually be processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
For exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
