  • International Shipping: At present, we only offer domestic shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our reach.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Free on all orders – no hidden charges!
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at no additional cost.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery Time: 4-6 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, SMS  or WhatsApp with a tracking link.

5. Payment Options

  • We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience:

    • UPI & Digital Wallets
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all orders without any extra charge.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available for orders within India.
  • There are no additional fees for using COD as a payment option.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package and complete the payment.

7. Tracking Your Order

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS or WhatsApp.
  • Use the link to track your package and get updates on its estimated delivery time.

8. Failed Deliveries

  • If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us.
  • For COD orders, repeated failed delivery attempts may result in restrictions on using the COD option in the future.
  • To avoid delays or issues, please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

9. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe (4-6 business days), please allow an additional 2-3 business days before contacting us.
