Order Policy

    • Proceed to checkout, where you can select your preferred payment method, including Cash on Delivery (COD) at no additional cost.
    • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, SMS or WhatsApp with your order details.
  2. Order Processing
    • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
    • You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
  3. Order Modifications or Cancellations
    • To modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
    • Once the order is processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
  4. Order Tracking
    • After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS or WhatsApp to monitor its delivery status.

Return Policy

At ikliv, we take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
    • For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., earrings, sets) may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  2. How to Initiate a Return

    • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Refund Process
    • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
    • Refunds are issued via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.
  4. Exchanges
    • If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
  5. Non-Returnable Items
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
  6. Return Shipping
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
